Refunds and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days from date item is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached.
To complete your return, we require your email and order number.
Your Level II CE Protectors & Spine Guard are packed separate. Try your new 2WA Protective Garment on for size without Armour first. If your garment feels like a good fit, remove garment by turning inside out to insert Armour.
If your garment is the wrong size, place it back in the original packaging with tags left on and contact us for exchange. The customer is required to pay return postage, and we will cover cost of shipping to ship out your replacement garment. Please retain the armour pack and just send your garment back for exchange. This will save on shipping costs and will only need to be sent back to you with your exchange if returned.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your garment and wish to return for refund. Simply contact us to arrange and ship it back with armour pack for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Mistakes happen and if we have made an error and sent you the incorrect item. We will send you a return shipping label and cover the cost of both return and exchange shipping.
Please Note! We will not accept returns for exchange or refund that have been worn or used and/or no longer have their tags attached. Returns for exchange or refund are to be made to sales@twowheelappeal.com
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Items returned for refund more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@twowheelappeal.com so we can investigate.
Sale items
Sale and clearance items are available for exchange or refund. If your exchange size is no longer available on an item marked for clearance, we will either credit your account your full purchase price to purchase another item or issue a full refund at customer's request. Depending on the item we may offer to re-manufacture an exchange item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange your item for another size, simply access the returns and exchange portal, fill in your order details, choose your exchange size and follow the return instructions. Alternatively, send us an email at sales@twowheelappeal.com for further details. ALL ITEMS ARE AVAIBLE FOR SIZE EXCHANGE WITHTIN 30 DAYS.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchange items we will cover the cost of shipping to ship your exchange size back to you from our warehouse.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will send you updated tracking details once we have processed and shipped your exchange. Include a note in your return with exchange size and order/invoice number so we can process that quickly for you and get your exchange size shipped back out to you.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
